Burnett Renovation - Demo & Framing

When we first introduced this subject property it was mentioned that a lot of structural refurbishing had to be done. Our team was hard at work, among other projects as well, but the Burnett property had to endure a little demo action in order to re-frame and slowly bring it back to livability. After 500+ pounds of screws and nails, our team has completed demolition inside, and is in the middle of framing the four units. Two units are upstairs and share the same platform for a balcony, which has also received fresh beams. All windows are being reframed, all appliances, tubing, and electrical have been stripped to make way for new replacements.
